1. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all StarShare IPTV subscription plans. This means if you're not completely satisfied with our service within the first 7 days of your initial purchase, you're eligible for a full refund.
Full refund eligibility: Valid for first-time subscriptions within 7 days of purchase. Refund will be issued in EUR to your original payment method.

The 7-day period starts from your initial purchase date. Refunds are not available for renewal payments under this guarantee.
2. Prorated Refunds (After 7 Days)
After the initial 7-day period, we offer prorated refunds based on your unused service time. This means you'll receive a refund for the remaining days of your subscription period.
How prorated refunds are calculated:
- Example 1 (12-month plan): Cancel after 2 months of a 12-month plan (€45), refund for remaining 10 months: €45 ÷ 12 × 10 = €37.50 refund
- Example 2 (6-month plan): Cancel after 1 month of a 6-month plan (€25), refund for remaining 5 months: €25 ÷ 6 × 5 = €20.83 refund
- Example 3 (3-month plan): Cancel after 1 month of a 3-month plan (€15), refund for remaining 2 months: €15 ÷ 3 × 2 = €10 refund
Important: Prorated refunds are calculated from the date of cancellation request to the end of your current billing period.

Refund requests are typically processed within 24-48 hours of receipt. You'll receive a confirmation email once your refund is approved.
4. Refund Processing Time
Once your refund is approved, the time to receive the funds depends on your payment method:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
- PayPal: 3-5 business days to return to your PayPal account
- Cryptocurrency: 1-3 business days (depending on blockchain confirmation)
- Bank Transfer (SEPA): 5-7 business days to your bank account
All refunds are processed in EUR. If you paid in a different currency, the refund amount will be converted by your bank or payment provider at their current exchange rate.
5. Exceptions to Refund Policy
Refunds may be denied in the following circumstances:
- Terms of Service Violations: Accounts terminated for violating our Terms of Service (e.g., unauthorized reselling, account sharing beyond limits)
- Fraudulent Activity: Suspected fraudulent payments or chargeback abuse
- Multiple Refund Requests: Customers with a history of multiple refund requests may be flagged for abuse
- Partial Billing Periods: Refunds are not available for partial billing periods under the 7-day guarantee (only full refunds or prorated after 7 days)
- Promotional Pricing: Refunds for promotional or discounted plans follow the same policy but are calculated based on the discounted amount paid

6. Cancellation & Refunds
To receive a refund, you must also cancel your subscription. Here's how cancellation affects refunds:
- Cancel within 7 days: You'll receive a full refund and lose access to the service immediately or at the end of the billing period (specify preference)
- Cancel after 7 days: You'll receive a prorated refund and retain access until the end of your paid billing period
- Cancel without refund request: Simply canceling your subscription does not automatically issue a refund - you must specifically request a refund
- Automatic renewal: If you forget to cancel and are charged for renewal, you have 7 days to request a refund for the renewal charge
