Subscription Terms:
- All plans include a 20% discount from standard pricing
- Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled
- You will receive a reminder email before renewal

- Taxes may be applied based on your location
All prices are in EUR. If your payment method uses a different currency, your bank may apply currency conversion fees.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your StarShare IPTV experience. Our refund policy is as follows:
- 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you're not satisfied within the first 7 days of your initial subscription, contact our support team for a full refund in EUR.
- Prorated Refunds: After 7 days, refunds are prorated based on unused service time. For example, if you cancel a 12-month plan after 2 months, you'll receive a refund for the remaining 10 months.
- No Refunds for Partial Billing Periods: Refunds are calculated from the date of cancellation to the end of your billing period.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Exceptions: Refunds may be denied in cases of Terms violation, suspected fraud, or abuse of the refund policy.

- Account Sharing: You may not share your account credentials with others. Each account is for personal use only.
- Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to subscribe. If you're under 18, you must have parental consent.
- One Account Per User: You may not create multiple accounts to bypass connection limits or promotional restrictions.
We use advanced security monitoring to detect and prevent unauthorized account access and sharing.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Prohibited activities include:

- Harassment: Harassing, abusing, or harming others
- Copyright Infringement: Uploading or sharing copyrighted material
Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.
Each subscription plan includes a specific number of simultaneous connections:
- 1 Month Plan: 1 simultaneous connection
- 3 Months Plan: 2 simultaneous connections
- 6 Months Plan: 3 simultaneous connections
- 12 Months Plan: 4 simultaneous connections
A "connection" means one device streaming content at a time. Attempting to exceed your connection limit may result in:
- Automatic disconnection of the oldest stream
- Temporary account suspension
- Permanent termination for repeated violations
Fair Use Policy: We monitor connection usage to ensure fair access for all users. Excessive connection attempts may be flagged as abuse.
All payments are processed in EUR (Euros) through our secure payment partners:
- Accepted Methods: Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard), PayPal, Cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT)
- Billing Cycle: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period
- Payment Processing: Payments are handled by Stripe, PayPal, and Coinbase Commerce - we never store your full payment details
- Failed Payments: If payment fails, we will attempt to charge your card up to 3 times. After 7 days of failed payment, your account may be suspended
- Price Changes: We reserve the right to change prices with 30 days notice. Price changes will not affect current billing periods

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.
Grounds for Termination:
- Violation of Acceptable Use Policy
- Fraudulent payment activity
- Reselling or unauthorized commercial use
- Repeated connection limit abuse
- Harassment of staff or other users
- Illegal activities
Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases. No refunds will be provided for termination due to Terms violation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, StarShare IPTV shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- Your use or inability to use the Service
- Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
- Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data
- Statements or conduct of any third party on the Service
- Any other matter relating to the Service
In no event shall StarShare IPTV's total liability exceed the amount you paid to us during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to liability.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of London, United Kingdom.
